As a philanthropist with a love for seeing others succeed, Michigan native Dr. Gloria Bealore-Prince recognized a need in the community for helping young girls recognize their potential, especially those who struggle to understand their purpose in life.  This vision, inspired by God, led to the creation of Teen V.I.B.E.  Dr. Bealore-Prince has a MBA in Technology Management and a PhD in Nonprofit Leadership.  She has fulfilled various positions in ministry to include teaching children and youth the importance of living for God, as she herself models herself in a Godly fashion.

One of Gloria's major focuses is on supporting and building community-based programs and collaborations that can yield a broad spectrum opportunities for community youth.  Her major role as CEO and President includes strategic planning, program management and development, and community outreach.
