Teen V.I.B.E provides stability and guidance for assuring young women are equipped to embrace life and be all that they can be, seeking their purpose in life through activities that unlock their potential and encourage them to progress into tomorrow’s leaders.  The leader envisions a network that allows a multitude of professionals to demonstrate their success and provide first-hand knowledge, as well as motivational speaking. Promoting the mission of the organization involves understanding the main principals for which the organization is founded.  Teen V.I.B.E leaders measure success based on Christianity’s rule of thumb, the ratio of talents used to talents received.
